Yes — we offer worldwide shipping, and orders over the free-shipping threshold shown at checkout ship at no extra cost.
Absolutely. Once your order ships you’ll receive a tracking link by email, and you can also check order status anytime from My Account.
We offer no-questions-asked returns within 30 days of delivery, as long as the item is in its original condition and packaging.

Yes. We’re an authorized distributor for every brand we carry, and every product comes with its full manufacturer warranty.
Reach out within 7 days of delivery and we’ll arrange a free replacement or repair — no cost to you.
Every product we sell includes at least a 1-year warranty, backed by both the manufacturer and our own support team.

Payments

Payments

We accept M-Pesa, major credit/debit cards, and bank transfer for larger orders. All payments are processed securely.
Yes — we never store your card details directly; all payments are handled through secure, encrypted payment processors.
For certain orders, yes — message us and we’ll guide you through a secure Paybill or Till payment before confirming your order.
Not currently sitewide, but reach out for bulk or business orders — we’re happy to discuss flexible arrangements case by case.
